Your Hosts
Karla Smith is a Personal Transformational Coach, Self-Love Expert and founder of The Monday Mantra Collective. She is dedicated to helping women get into action so self-love is their top priority.
She believes that we are all capable and equipped to love ourselves deeply and when we make that choice change is possible and lasting. Her mission is to help as many women commit to putting themselves at the top of their lists and live the life they want and deserve.
Karla is a brilliant problem solver and deep thinker who offers her clients an optimistic, uplifting perspective to life that propels them to take the inspired actions they need to shift and grow.
When working in group settings, Karla is masterful at making participants feel seen and heard by creating a space for them to stretch that feels supportive and safe.
Karla’s experience, wisdom and thoughtfulness elevates the people she works with to new heights, making it possible for them to create transformative changes and live their best lives.
Gail Cumberbatch is a registered massage therapist, and body connection coach. She opened Village Massage Clinic over 25 years ago and became a body connection coach after realizing that she spent the majority of those years as a massage therapist, helping clients connect to their bodies through touch.
She now does that through mind/body connection techniques that assist her clients to be able to go there on their own. These techniques bring awareness back to the body and what is being held in the tissues.
Through these techniques she helps you find your inner voice.
Her passion is connection; connection to body, self, and then what’s all around us.
Gails career as a massage therapist has made her an avid listener and excellent communicator. She meets clients where they are at by offering a space to share without judgment. She has a gentle approach while encouraging her clients to dig a little deeper.
She believes we have all the answers within us and by getting back to noticing and listening to our bodies we can live fulfilling lives, full of love, awe and passion.
